In order to best serve all clients please read the following.
If a client is more than 15 min late to an appointment (depending on circumstances) the client may be asked to reschedule. This will require a deposit for the new appointment and will not be issued a refund or transfer if a deposit was paid prior to the missed appointment.
Please remember that your Stylist has allotted time just for the client in order to give personal attention for each service.
You Stylist's income is based on appointments kept.
When an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours to the scheduled appointment, it is hard if not impossible to refill that time, therefore affecting their income.
Remember to show your stylist some love with a courtesy call or message if your plans change.
Please expect messages that are sent on days Beccah is not in the salon, will be answered on the next working day. Messages or calls made after 7:00 may be answered on the next working day.
Any service may be refused under your Stylist's discretion. Reasons but not limited to - breaking policies, a service the stylist does not feel is best for the client, the clients hair is not healthy enough, the service is not in their expertise, the client is rude or has unreasonable expectations.
Quality takes time.
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment to receive the best results.
